HM406 is a fully-automatic, six-channel heat treatment unit for preheating and annealing metal workpieces. Setting, control, monitoring and documentation of heat treatment parameters are carried out by the computerized HeatMasters Control System. HM406 provides accurate heat treatment and easy documentation. HM406 can be long-distance controlled.

Programming
Heat treatment parameters are programmed in the memory of the HM-Rigel26 controller and heating can be started at any desired time. HM406 will carry out the programmed heat treatment process according to the given phases.

Data registration
The unit registers the achieved heat treatment results in its memory, which enables easy preparation of heat treatment documents. A separate temperature recorder is not needed

Capacity
HM406 has six heating channels and six independent programming alternatives. The signal lights of HM406 will indicate any disturbances in the electrical network and/or in the heating elements, as well as any other disturbances during the heat treatment.

Signal light system
HM406 has a signal light system, which assists the user to know the operating status of the device and heating elements.

Three white lights indicate the status of the electric network.
A large green light indicates that HM406 is connected to the electrical network.
Small green lights indicate the status of the process and give alarm signals.
Red lights indicate that the resistors are receiving heating energy
